FIDIC Contracts

The International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) contracts are internationally recognized standard forms that govern construction and engineering projects. In Pakistan, they are widely used in both public and private sector projects to regulate relationships between contractors, clients, and engineers.

  • FIDIC 2008 (The Gold Book): Designed-Build and Operate DBO Contract 1st Ed
  • FIDIC 2010 (The Pink Book): MDB Harmonized Construction Contract

  • FIDIC 2021 (The Green Book): Conditions of Short Form of Contract (2nd Ed)
Procedural Aspects of FIDIC Contracts:
